研究方向:脑功能环路发育的多维协同调控机制:解析遗传与经验协同调控脑功能环路发育的机制,探索脑-体协同干预发育性脑疾病的效应和机制。 代表性成果: 1) 揭示先天遗传调控环路组装的分子密码,验证诺奖得主Sperry的“化学亲和假说”(Cell 2015, Neuron 2018); 2) 证实后天经验深刻重构环路使其成熟,打破“经验仅微调突触”认知局限 (Neuron 2020, Current Biology 2021, Journal of Neuroscience 2022); 3) 揭示经验编程细胞身份指导环路成熟,拓展“遗传决定细胞类型”的理论边界 (Cell 2022); 4) 发现外周骨源激素对环路输出的“准许”门控,补充“突触中心论”,为脑-体协同调控脑功能提供新切入点 (Neuron 2026); 5) 提出了视觉环路发育可塑性的新理论框架 (Neuron 2025, Invited Preview);以及“晚发育则更可塑”的多模态整合皮层发育新模型 (Journal of Neuroscience 2026, Review Article)。
